Located at the intersection of U. S. Hwy. 69 and Oklahoma Hwy. 28, Adair serves as the
"Southern Gateway" to Grand Lake. Tulsa and other visitors from the south can
use the Adair Exit (northbound only) off the Will Rogers Turnpike (I-44)
for access to the Grand Lake area.
Adair's antique shops and flea markets offer interesting bargain hunting
and you'll find produce markets and farms featuring locally grown items. Some in the
surrounding area offer the option of picking your own berries or Christmas trees.
Attractions in the Adair area include the Rock Creek Exotic Animal
Drive-Thru on U. S. Hwy. 69 to the north and the Totem Pole a few miles to the west on
Oklahoma Hwy. 28. |
