To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in regards to our new Special Olympics Team here at Ketchum Public Schools. Because this is a new program, we are reaching out to local businesses and organizations for financial support.

Here is a brief description of our program and kids. We have nine Special Olympics Athletes. They are from low income families, so parents are unable to provide funding while we are at local and state events.

We attend events in Dewey, Oklahoma City and a three day State Track Meet in Stillwater. While we are gone to these events we provide the athletes with all necessities (food, uniforms, transportation, entertainment, etc.).

I understand you have probably been asked for donations many times, but anything you could do for us would be GREATLY APPRECIATED and would go to an outstanding program for disabled youth.
